Pilates

Numerous classes are run locally, including three classes on Tuesday evenings in Badingham Village Hall.

Pilates targets the deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment.

It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned, improving posture and achieving that perfect balance between strength and flexibility.

Pilates is especially recommended by medical specialists for those with back problems.

All classes are one hour long with clients signing up per half term and having the option to renew at the end of each period.
